No draughts and glide open, bliss! We had an excellent experience with Eco Sash and Case throughout. Good communication, lovely skilled employees who tidied up after themselves every day. Very impressive as has not always been my past experience, and nice to have a chat with! Responded to a few small snagging problems immediately and with no fuss. I'd say it's unusual to have such a smooth experience with major home improvements. The fact it was not stressful was very much appreciated. I'd absolutely recommend.

I had my windows replaced and double glazed last year. I live in a listed building so needed listed building consent but the whole process was managed by Eco Sash & Case making it all seamless. I was very pleased with my new windows as soon as I had them installed - much quieter, a better look and beautifully painted but now can honestly say it has made a huge difference to the inside temperature in both summer and winter, so pleased I went ahead with this and well worth it. Overall very pleased with my new windows and the quality of work/joiners and painters. All friendly, careful/neat and pleasant to deal with.
