The guys at RD sash and case were asked to provide a quote to restore sash windows in our offices. We were looking to have ropes replaced, sills replaced as they were rotten and have the windows restored to a good condition. From start to finish there were no issues at all. Steven and Jordan along with their team were able to complete some of the work out of ours and at the weekend which really helped our busy schedule. The staff were friendly kept the place clean we were kept up to date with the progress of work and although not the cheapest quote we received the work was complete to a very high standard and well worth the investment. We have already recommended to friends.

RD sash and case repaired two windows in my property to an excellent standard. I reached out to a number of companies in Edinburgh most of which tried to up sell me at every opportunity. I was not looking for new windows or double glazing the windows in my property are very old and were in need of restoration work and draught proofing. RD sash and case listened to what I was looking to have done and they provided a detailed quote without putting small print in with hidden extra charges. The work was carried out to a high standard and the guys were very friendly. Cannot fault the price or workmanship and I will happily recommend to others.
