Originally contacted Ross regarding re-roofing the flat roof section above our bay window + re-pointing the roof of the rear single storey extension. Ross came out to view the job at the arranged time which was a good start. On inspecting the main roof he recommended a number of other repairs and provided videos and photos showing the repairs that were required. He provided a full quote with the cost of each individual repair being itemised, which was great. The job started at the agreed time and soon developed into a full re-roof (re-slating) of the front side of the roof. Ross and Shaun were always great to deal with throughout the work. All work would appear to have been completed to a high standard. A major bonus was that Ross was very easy to communicate with, always responding to my many messages/questions throughout the period that the work was taking place. I have no hesitation in recommending him, should you be looking for any roofing work to be carried out!
