McIntyre Masonry Ltd have been carrying out stonemasonry work in Scotland from 2010. In this time we have been involved with some exclusive projects including restoration of buildings with significant historical importance and newbuilds using our wide range of natural stone products. Services

Restoration
All types of natural stone restoration works are carried out at McIntyre Masonry Ltd. We specialise in larger stone contracts. Our restoration works often include a full survey prior to starting any on-site works. Our team can provide a fully detailed report assisting the consultants involved with the contract. We schedule and supply all stone, fully moulded and dressed from our own manufacturing facility in West Lothian. Having the capacity to cut our own stone can often drastically reduce stone procurement times and allow us to carry out high volumes of work in short programmes. Our management team manage contracts to completion, maintaining the highest standard.

Conservation
McIntyre Masonry Ltd have a designated conservation team. We carry out conservation works for several clients over Scotland. Our recent work at George Heriots school and our swept path contact for the Edinburgh tram works has really showcased our ability to carry out our work using the best conservation techniques, working along beside industry leading consultants.

New Build
McIntyre Masonry Ltd carry out all aspects of natural stone new builds. We can provide and construct natural stone to the client’s detail and expectations.Our experience ranges from large dwellings to commercial property planning obligation cladding.

Stone Supply
Our inhouse stone manufacturing facility not just provides our new stone requirements, we also supply other contractors with sandstone. We carve and mould the stone units at our facility in west Lothian. Having stone units being transported to site ready to build, can drastically reduce site dust. We can provide most UK sandstones, and offer a scheduling and templating service for contractors.

Main Contractor
Our management team are fully equipped to act as main contractors. We can provide stonemasonry services and use our large selection of sub-contractors to carry out a wide range of all trades work from start to finish, working direct to the client.

Private Homeowners
As well as commercial works McIntyre Masonry provide a service to private homeowners. The combined knowledge throughout the team makes us well equipped to deal with any stonemasonry requirements. Our aim is to bring the best possible solutions and technics at affordable prices. Our domestic team carry out work ranging from one day to full house restorations throughout Scotland including the islands. Your home is safe in our hands.
